Our Services
Woodley Health and Wellness, PLLC is a fee for service establishment, where clients are expected to pay in full at the time of their appointment. Insurance is not accepted or billed. A super bill is available upon request if the client would like to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement. Some insurance companies will cover the cost, or partial cost of visits, however, it is the clients responsibility to discuss this with their insurance company.
A HIPAA compliant electronic medical record is used to keep client information safe and protected.

Annual Health Exams and Marquette Services
Annual Physical Adult: $225
Annual Physical Ages 5-17: $175
Sports or Camp Physical: $75
Marquette Online Class with Follow up: $250
*Woodley Health and Wellness does not currently offer vaccinations or EKG services Patients will be referred if these are recommended

Acute and Chronic Care
Acute Care Visit: $150
Chronic Care Initial: $200
Chronic Care Follow Up: $150
Telehealth Visit: $75 *must be in Virginia at the time of visit
Serving Leesburg and Western Loudoun County, primarily Hamilton, Purcellville, Lincoln, Round Hill, Lovettsville and Waterford
*House Calls are limited to Leesburg and Western Loudoun

Covid Rapid Antigen Test: $35
Urinalysis: $30
Urine Pregnancy HCG: $25

Nebulizer Treatment: $50
Woodley Health and Wellness can order bloodwork as well as X-rays and CT scans as appropriate upon physical exam
Lab and Radiology Requisitions will be given to the patient who will schedule at their convenience
